As a Sales Representative, you’ll begin in our Marketing division, working on strategic campaigns and connecting homeowners with our roofing and solar solutions. With our hands-on training, you’ll develop the skills needed to succeed in this booming industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Qualify homeowners for roofing and solar programs through targeted outreach

  • Collaborate with sales development reps to build brand awareness and schedule appointments

  • Participate in regular training to confidently present remodeling solutions and design options

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Background in marketing, sales, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Perks

  • Earnings Potential: Uncapped commissions with the opportunity to earn $75K - $150K in the first year, with many team members doubling their earnings by Year 2.
